Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CFL Draft Room ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

CFL Draft Room is a free, fan-made draft simulator for the Canadian Football League. It allows users to simulate CFL drafts using real prospect data from the CFL Scouting Bureau. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Canadian Football League or any of its member teams.

Accounts

You may create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through feedback forms

Intellectual Property

CFL Draft Room and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the operators of this Service. Player names and CFL team names are used for informational and entertainment purposes. All CFL trademarks and team names are the property of their respective owners.

User Content

When you submit feedback or share draft results, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to improve the Service. We may use aggregate, anonymized draft data to refine player projections and rankings.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Player rankings, draft projections, and grades are for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for any other purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any player data or draft projections.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CFL Draft Room, its operators, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or other users.

Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
