What We Collect
When you create an account on CFL Draft Room, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture as provided by Google. We also collect anonymous usage data about how you interact with the draft simulator, including draft selections, scores, and feedback you voluntarily submit.
How We Use Your Information
Your email address is used to authenticate your account and may be used to send you occasional updates about CFL Draft Room (such as new draft classes or features). Draft simulation data is used in aggregate to improve the product, including refining player rankings and draft projections. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encrypted storage and secure authentication. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We retain your account data for as long as your account exists.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser local storage to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. If you share your draft results on social media, those platforms have their own privacy policies.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting
- Vercel — website hosting
- Google OAuth — optional sign-in method
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You can stop using the service at any time. If you signed up with Google, you can revoke access through your Google account settings.
Children
CFL Draft Room is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
